I work with juveniles in a detention center teaching fitness and also in a lock down treatment center for drugs, alcohol, and anger. My programs involve Battling Ropes, API cave man training, TRX suspension training, and sand bags. All of these programs put together is an amazing training program. never the same work out. Benefits are amazing as well as results for the youth.

Awesome Intensity!

by Pete Mazzeo on June 22, 2010

I’ve been using my battling rope wrapped around a pole in my basement, as well as attached to a tire via eye hook, ring, and spring clip. Truly and powerful upper body cardio workout that my wrestlers love using. Great stuff!

I just wanted to say that in a industry full of “fitness pirates”, it’s great to learn from someone who actually is an innovator, not an imitator.

John Brookfield is definitely an innovator! When I trained with John during my Battling Ropes Level-1 Certification, I was deeply impacted by the level of knowledge & understanding he showed about physical conditioning.

This is not the case with those who steal ideas, and try to call them their own.

There is only one original of anything, and John is that for sure!
